(August 6, 2009) – Perennial Strategy Group hosted a meet-and-greet with Commissioner Rory Reid of Nevada. Reid, a candidate for Governor, discussed many of the issues plaguing the state and his stance on a number of topics including housing, healthcare, and employment. Reid also took part in a question and answer session where he responded to guests’ inquiries on an array of issues spanning from local government to world affairs.

(07/27/09) Chicago, IL – The President & CEO of Perennial Strategy Groups Lamell McMorris welcomes current and former Urban League presidents to a reception to honor the former Chicago Urban League President James W Compton at the Chicago Mid-America Club. The President’s of the Los Angeles, Miami, and Louisville Urban Leagues also spoke about Mr. Compton’s legacy and his success as the President of the Chicago Urban League.

(7/12/09) - Perennial Strategy Group Founder/CEO Lamell McMorris presents checks for the first-ever NAACP Rupert Richardson Memorial Leadership Award to the organization’s Charleston, South Carolina branch at its Centennial Convention held in New York, NY. Among those on hand for the check presentations were NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Jealous, Chairman Julian Bond, Vice Chairman Roslyn M. Brock, and honoree Dot Scott, President of the NAACP Charleston branch.
Perennial Strategy Group made a total contribution of $60,000 at this year’s convention, in honor of the NAACP’s 100 years of commitment to pursuing justice and equality for all people.
